A little backstory- a big reason Chad and I moved to our house out in the country was this:

Bowerbox Barn

A 14×20′ barn, with 2 stories, that would be able to house both the Bowerbox Press printing stuff as well as Chad’s music and recording equipment. For far too long Bowerbox has been shuttling between presses in 3 locations- the apartment, the parent’s basement, and Towson University. We’ve been waiting for a long time to get a space where everything (well, mostly everything) can be set up as a real shop.

So begins the conversion of the barn into a printshop!

  1. Oh it’s so sweet and beautiful! I don’t know what it is about barns that make them sound like the ideal studio to me, but I hope to one day have a barn of my own.

Artists have dream barns instead of dream houses 😉
