Bowerbox Press is based in Baltimore, MD, and run by Val Lucas, a recent MICA grad who fell in love with letterpress printing and woodcuts. She creates printed greeting cards, woodcut prints, and handbound books using hand-set metal type, rescued cuts and blocks, woodcuts, and found maps and images. Bowerbox Press can be found at many local craft shows in Baltimore and the area, and Val is a member of the Charm City Craft Mafia.
