FAQ

What is Letterpress printing?

Letterpress is a relief process, where the raised surface on printing blocks or pieces of type is inked, then pressed into the paper. Our work printed from metal type does not have a lot of impression due to the delicate nature of the metal type itself; deep impression comes from polymer plates and is seen on some of our custom work.

Do you print custom work?

Yes! We offer custom printing and binding, including letterpress, full-color digital, and limited foil stamping. We can work from your designs or create a completely new custom design! We love printing business cards, wedding invitations, personal stationery, and anything you can imagine.

Can I visit your shop?

We'd love to invite you to the print shop- but not during the pandemic. Once things are safe, we hope to have open studio days so you can see some of the process!

SHIPPING/RETURNS

How are my items shipped?

Currently, we are shipping most items via USPS First Class Parcel (2-5 days, includes a tracking number.) Larger items or heavy packages will ship via USPS Priority Mail. If you need expedited shipping, please email first and we'll set something up!

Can I return something?

We do not currently accept returns, unless an item arrives damaged or the wrong item was shipped. If you have a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We will make every effort to replace damaged items but please keep in mind some pieces are one of a kind or limited editions, in which case a refund will be offered.

Where's my package?

If you have not received your package in a timely fashion, please check your tracking number. We are supporting the USPS but understand that there have been delays, which may continue into the holiday season. If your package has gone missing from the USPS, please contact us.
